Tuesday Night Ride - Juin 14th 2011

A gorgeous day for riding, so lets make the most of it. We meet at Pecco’s on Du Portage and leave at 18h30. Three groups this week. A and B will leave together and both head towards the gatineau park. The C group will head towards the Aylmer loop. Make sure you know what group you're part of when you leave. We'll all meet at the Bistro after wards for a couple of beers.

At that time the A group will turn onto the Gatineau park parkway and go to Champlain Lookout and come back. The B group will to P8 then back. Cooldown at the Bistro Pub. Tonight will be a last minute call. If it rains ride is cancelled, but if it shines we're going out. It's the usual A group will do a full loop in the park and come back to the bistro for a few beers afterwards. The B group will go out to Chelsea then back to the bistro. We all ride together until the gamelin parkway. See you there.

For those of you that are thirsty, we finish off with a couple of beers at the Bistro Pub. Everyone's invited so don’t be shy.

They're back

The monday night rides are back. This year it's going to be easier than ever to get updates and information on your favourite night of the week. The first ride is held on Monday May 3rd. Great season start!

We've just received our first snow fall, and it's enough to have NCC stating that 20% of trails are now open. Many of the secondary trail are still marked as hazardous, but the parkway is stated as very good ski condition from gamelin to Champlain lookout. The Gatineau Park is also offering reduced pricing on their season passes till the 15th of December.
